This guesthouse is tailored specifically for fashion designers and is ideally located near a fashion design school, surrounded by high-end fashion brands like Elie Saab. The apartment’s design takes inspiration from flexible, movable walls and rotating partitions to create a dynamic living space.
Upon entering, you’re greeted by a central distribution area that leads to three private bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with custom-built, movable walls that include Murphy beds, offering versatility and maximizing space. The walls themselves act as a canvas, transforming the apartment into a constantly evolving space, much like a fashion runway.
Guests can enjoy the view of the space’s transformation from specially designed chairs that descend from the ceiling, providing an immersive experience. The left side of the apartment is dedicated to an exhibition area, while the mezzanine level serves as a functional workspace with tools and ample storage. A unique circular mechanism acts both as a table and an elevator, adding an innovative touch.
The floor features warm, timeless wooden textures, while white walls and gold-framed accents complete the minimalist aesthetic, offering a refined and elegant atmosphere.
