The proposed architectural concept envisions the integration of a multi-tiered garden oasis, inspired by the tranquil resting space observed at architect Raed Abillama’s building which is directly facing the site. The focal point is the expansion of this seating area through a ground-floor garden. Seamlessly blending with the existing environment and offering respite, this green haven transcends conventional boundaries and ascends to the upper floors, creating a harmonious cascade of garden terraces. The design embraces a vertical layering approach, intertwining lush greenery with the built environment. By extending the garden vertically, each floor becomes a unique outdoor retreat, fostering a sense of connection with nature. The architectural intervention not only enhances the visual appeal but also promotes a sustainable and refreshing atmosphere.
