This project depicts the thin interface between dream and reality, as depicted in the movie Paprika. A very thin layer divides the two realms, hence translated into a thin layer dividing the movement in space, and the notion of living suggested in this project. Depicted as a parasite, the project was placed on top of a tall building, sitting on the roof, and wrapping vertically communicating with the existing building’s main facade. From outside, the project seems a simple yet sharp gesture showing a clear directionality, however, from inside, the project plays with the notion of living through multiple spaces stretched on multiple heights.
