Gateway is a hub for students with the best environment for creating connections, facilitating growth, and enhancing sustainability. Due to the area’s abundance of educational institutions, its special location attracts in all students.
It is divided into three stories, with the lower floors being more open to the public than the upper floors. This division creates the concept of stacking, and the approach was to emphasize this concept by creating angular stacks.
Gateway offers a variety of services, including a retail store, health center, student lounge, cafeteria, and temporary housing units for students. All spaces have natural light and ventilation, and the design is based on sustainable design principles. Sustainable materials were also used in the design.
